Problem Statement
The use of smartphones, the internet platform, and social media interaction has a great relationship regarding transport systems. This is because the use of these platforms can result in the need for competitive transport services and develop a change of tastes that an individual has regarding some transport services they get while using particular means of transport. For instance, with the rise of technological advances over decades, society now embraces technology to offer safety in the transport system (Garrison, 2001).
