The types of data (WGS, epidemiological, phenotypic etc) and the methods they used to analyze them. Focus on the main figures and tables and comment on the appropriateness of their methods. You should make connections to concepts learned in the course. Have the methods changed since the paper was published? Could the authors have used a different approach?
The findings and conclusions. Were they appropriate given the data and methods used? What are the broader implications of the authors’ findings?
