Those that watch their video and complete
a one page (single spaced) paper that analyzes their own performance will
receive 20 points of extra credit. The one page analysis should include at least:
one paragraph describing what you did well, one paragraph about how you can
improve, and one page describing how you will implement the improvements you
identified.
