Adopting a Rogerian approach, you will compose an inquiry into a text of analysis gender (feminism). This text can be a video, ad, movie, book, article, photo, art piece, music video, song, etc.—the options are open. This inquiry will create an argument about your chosen text as a form of rhetoric and a representation of travel, requiring a rhetorical purpose and specific audience, and supported by a variety of research. You will need to use some texts that we have explored in class as well as others that you find on your own (via Cypress College Library and independent internet search) in your analysis of your main text. When examining your main text, look at the surrounding conversation and acknowledge opposing viewpoints (They Say, I Say / Rogerian argument).
