The most important is SPSS data coding as I do need to submit it with my papers

The first independent variable is Mozart classical music. The two conditions for the independent variable entail high pitched and low-pitched volume. The second independent variable is Rock music. The conditions for this independent variable include high pitched and low-pitched volume. The dependent variable is the participant’s emotional assessment. The emotional assessment entailed a change in moods. The experiment hypothesizes that Mozart music- low pitch volume would stimulate positive emotions, whereas Rock music – hight pitch volume would invoke neutral emotions . In addition, Rock music low pitched volume stimulate positive mood changes while Mozart hight pitched volume led to neutral mood changes.
A study group of about 20 participants is needed for the experiment. There is a need for a standardized protocol for conducting the listening sessions where all the participants were seated. The participants are taking the 5-point Likert Scale the questionnaires designed to assess mood, tension, mental clarity, and stress levels. The experiment was assessed in a crossover design in which subjects acted as their own controls. The order in which the types of music were assigned was randomized across the study groups. Each group listened to each category of music for 15 minutes. Participants are then required to complete the questionnaire specifically designed for this experiment. The stem questionnaire item will entail circling the appropriate number following each item. The five response choices used the 5-point Likert Scale, ranging from not to extremely intense. There are two parts of the questionnaire that includes the state of mind before and after the experiment. The objective is to measure psychological changes before and after the experiment; thus, the questionnaire before the music could be used as the control group. The focus of the data collection process entailed variations in the participant’s emotional states before and after listening to the different music genres.
The experiment hypothesizes that Mozart music- low pitch volume would stimulate positive emotions, whereas Rock music – hight pitch volume would invoke neutral emotions. In addition, Rock music low pitched volume stimulate positive mood changes while Mozart hight pitched volume led to neutral mood changes.
I have operationalized the effect of music on psychophysiological responses by engaging different music genres to demonstrate the emotional changes.
Repeated measures design is the most suitable experimental design as teach condition of the independent variable will use the same participants. The advantage of this design method is that individual differences are reduced and saves time as fewer participants are needed
The first independent variable is Mozart classical music. The two conditions for the independent variable entail high pitched and low-pitched volume. The second independent variable is Rock music. The conditions for this independent variable include high pitched and low-pitched volume.
The dependent variable entails the participant’s emotional assessment. The emotional assessment will include changes in mood, mental clarity, tension, and stress measured on a 5-Lickert scale.
Order effects are the most prominent design issue pertinent to the research. Order effect in repeated measures design leads to bias as the same participants are used. Counterbalancing will reduce the order effect bias by dividing the participants into two groups. Group A will first listen to Mozart music – low pitched volume and Rock music – low pitched volumes, while group B will start with Rock music -high pitched volume and Mozart music high pitched volume
.
The participants will be handed out the questionnaire papers. The participants will start the experiment by answering the first part of the questionnaire regarding their state of mind. The songs will then play for 15 minutes each, and the participants will indicate the change in the state of mind. The participants will listen to the music in a relaxed way without distraction. The participant’s emotional assessment will be based on the questionnaire’s comparison for each individual
