Instructions for use of articles
From the list of articles you need to choose one article each class.
Read the article
Answer the questions under the section YOU DECIDE but do some additional research and support your answers with evidence from two research studies
Provide an answer for the ACTIVITIES section.
Discuss in writing the quote in SOME PEOPLE SAY (to what extent you agree with it and explain why)
Read at least one additional article or watch a video from the section BECOME AN EXPERT. Explain why you chose it and what you learned. Can it be used as an argument or counterargument? Elaborate!
Submit the answers in Managebac after the end of class.
Grading rubric:
Section: You Decide
1- Does not meet the requirements
2- Either not all questions are answered or additional evidence is not provided.
3- All questions are answered, by providing either your personal opinion or evidence from research studies.
4- All questions are answered, by providing both your personal opinion and evidence from one research study.
