Since the population of Sitges has risen over the past decade and the city has become a significant tourist destination, especially in the summer season, it is necessary for the city to find a way to offer these services and broaden its facilities in order to satisfy new customer needs. That is why the city needs our project to build a new modern shopping mall that will offer big brands from the fashion and food sector like McDonalds’, Pizza Hut, Bershka, Pull&Bar, Stradivarius and so on. This project can make locals’ lives much easier as they will not need to go to Barcelona for shopping and also with the big range of restaurants there will be more go-out options. Additionally, it can boost the number of tourists coming to Sitges because it will be more convenient to visit or stay in the city that has big brands available. The project will also contribute to the city’s development and provide job and part jobs for the citizens.
