Chapter Reflection Presentation: Each student is required to select one section of each chapter and complete a 10-
minute presentation. Essentially, you will be teaching the selected portion and integrating prior personal/professional
experience. The required elements for this assignment are as follows:
1. Identify different academic disciplines or theoretical approaches related to the chosen topic.
2. Connect subject to personal experiences.
3. Draw on knowledge, abilities, or methodologies from different learning experiences.
4. Reflect on personal development & challenges as related to the topic.
5. Use psychological theory and/or research in analyzing the subject. You can use other portions of the text, as well
as outside scholarly research. Scholarly research must be properly cited.
6. Presentation must include an engaging PowerPoint presentation with various visual elements (i.e images, videos,
etc.)
7. Interact with audience via questions and/or discussion. Each student must ask class one related, thought provoking
question that is to be briefly discussed.
