DIY customers are homeowners who buy Home Depot’s products to create their own designs (SEC). Home Depot workers normally help these customers out through their stores, online, and other media sources. The employees normally give advice and information about their products and design for their projects. They have workshops and clinics to provide educate their customers and build relationships with them
