Hiring Tools

As an IO professional, students will individually write a 5-7 page paper [excluding cover page and reference page] that explains how the following plays a role in a hiring decision: applications, interviews, evaluation of training and experience, assessment tools and references. The paper should be written according to APA format procedures. Information on APA format procedures can be located in the School library. A minimum of 3 references should support your key poitns.
