Week 12: Global Climate Change
Objective
Explain the results of increasing temperatures on earth.
Overview
This week we examined the human impacts on the planet earth. We also examined the consequences of the man’s activities. Additionally, we looked at future changes in Climate using models. Furthermore, we looked at what our response needs to be to climate change.
Instructions
Using a word processing program, answer and analyze the following questions:
Step 1 – Provide a brief synopsis of global climate change. What are the main issues and trends?
Step 2 – What evidence do global land and ocean temperatures provide for a warming earth.
Step 3 – What has been discovered about global climate trends in the past? What is the contemporary trend showing?
Step 4 – Which of the GHGs are the most significant contributors to global warming? How do they work?
