Motivation, Rewards and Recognition
Explain the function of motivation and reward systems to the effective management of employees within organizations through developing appraisal and performance reward/reprimand systems
Connect the observable actions to the recognition program, then to the rewards and the motivation induced
Extrinsic rewards should, be related to the financial performance of the organization, kindly explain the distribution of those rewards among stakeholders.

Project the long term “transformaitonal” change individuals may expect and how they could advance in the organization or in their career.
Technology Supporting Change
Describe how technology can be deployed to support, promote, anchor and maintain the change. Technology can be as simple as a barrier preventing destructive action or as complicated as AI
Culture, Structure and It
Illustrate how the three control areas will work together as a system to effect change. Culture is values and beliefs, cohesion and commitment; structure is reporting, communication, workflow; Technology is a lever for human abilities, communication, cogitation, memory, learning, and collaboration.
Strategic Audit
List what a third party may observe indicating acceptance of change, commitment, progress , interim and ultimate outcomes. Accounting, effectiveness, efficiency, or other observations.
Closing
Briefly explain the value creation justifying this change, the requisite environment, any interim conditions, especially negative impacts to be expected, and clear statement of risks, investment and returns.
