Submit a creative brief about the communication
intervention you discussed in class. The creative brief
should include the following:
Describe the public health issue (10)
Short summary of the goals and benefits of the
intervention (10)
Target audience segment: describe your target
audience, answer the four questions of the
BEHAVE framework (5)
Describe the behavior you want the target
audience to change or have (5)
Describe obstacles your audience may face in
changing their behavior (2.5)
Support Statement: explain why the target
audience should take up the intervention (2.5)
Explain the setting and channel for the
communication intervention. Also include
venues, seasons, or events that increase the
likelihood of reaching your audience (15)
Creative considerations: are there any
considerations in communication development?
Review the creative brief outline in the text (p 160) if
needed. The brief can be in bulleted format if you
choose but must be detailed. Resources should be
written in APA 7 format if used.
