I am supposed to complete strategy analysis for Sainsbury’s by:
– industry analysis
– competitor analysis i.e tesco asda morrisons
– showing market size/share over the last 5 years with pie charts and describing and explaining them
– profile and purpose of company, compare what the company say they do with their organizational purpose with what they actually do
– external(pestel) and internal enviroment ie company culture etc
what are the implications of this competitive market structure?
Then, I am supposed to analyze sainsbury’s current strategies using theories and models. The files uploaded below explains this in detail.
– key success factors in this sector
Then i am supposed to give three recommendations, short term, medium term and long term. based on the analysis done in this report
and explain why these were recommended.
then how they will be implemented. With a GANTT chart for each recommendation showing timeframe and how they will be acheived.
Then a conclusion.
