Your final essay is going to be five to seven pages. The structure of the paper will be as follows: Introduction to the Issue, Details/Complications, Solution offered/Implications
In other words, What is it? Why is it complicated/important/an issue? What do you think is the solution/What are the implications for your proposed solution to the issue? I would suggest you write or create an outline (although I am not going to ask for one) and use these three headings as your main topics. I.e., organize your essay into these parts.
