Above is the istructions and guildlines for the project paper. In addition to this I was required to completely weekly journals of my success over the course of the semester. For my specfic change I decided to be more active and constant in attdening the gym by going at least 1 time every week throughout the semsteer. My potential barriers were motivation and time management. If I achieved my goal I would reward myself with a summer shopping spree.
Unfortunatly I did not keep up with the gym or the weekly journals. I was very inconsistant.
