NOTE:
1. Demonstrate a critical appreciation of theoretical knowledge in strategic international or comparative human resource management designed to improve performance in an organizational context.
2. Analyse and evaluate strategic international or comparative HRM strategies and practices in an organisational context using relevant theoretical frameworks, current research and good practice to identify solutions to potential problem areas and the likely consequences if these are not addressed.
You have to write an individual case study-based report (3500 words) using theoretical perspectives and current research on international HRD and/or international HRM elaborating on comparative HR practices to inform your in-depth analysis of the issues raised by the case study and propose recommended actions for the organization.

• Title page: Include name, student ID number, unit title and code, assessment title, and date of submission.
• Executive Summary: Your report should include an Executive Summary at the front of the report (BEFORE the Contents Page) which summarizes the main points including key recommendations.

• Introduction: Short introduction to the report setting out what the aims and objectives of the report are, what the report will cover and why.
• Case study analysis: This is the main body of your report. You need to critically analyze and explain the five variables that moderate the differences between domestic and international HRM with an example from the MNE you chose to illustrate each one.
• Conclusion: The conclusion should briefly and clearly synthesize the key points of your analysis.
• Recommendations: You should propose recommendations based on your analysis.
• Your proposals should be realistic and show consideration for cost, timescales and priority.
• Reference List – You need to support your work with reference to academic sources (e.g. books and journal articles) as well as examples of organisational good practice (e.g. practitioner magazine articles/websites – chosen carefully). Use Harvard style
