In this paper, you will create a portrait of an effective teacher for children with disabilities in an inclusive elementary classroom. Your paper will include among others, the following ideas: Knowledge, skills, values, and dispositions that this teacher should have; knowledge on what and how students with and without disabilities learn, understandings of values of inclusive education, and useful teaching strategies needed to ensure students’ success.
