I have provided the term paper assignment for clarification, the question i’ve picked is Plato’s The republic. The theme i’ve decided to go for is Justice. To the best of your ability, use whatever can be found in Book 1-3 of The Republic.
For the arguments/concepts, or outline i’ve chosen:
Justice is objective: I use the argument between thrasymachus and socrates to support my thesis
justice is structural: i use tripartite soul, the just city, principle of specialization.
State of nature to support my thesis
justice makes one happy?: i’m not too sure of this one
At the end of the paper i don’t agree with plato’s position due to the censorship imposed in his just city
