In chapter 10, Nora Ambrosio discusses popular dances throughout history. Each decade has seen the development of specific dances. Some examples are: rock and roll in the 1950’s, “The Twist” in the 1960’s, and disco in the 1970’s.
Using YouTube, Vimeo, or a similar video streaming website, find a video that displays a dance craze of our current decade! Post the video, and write a brief description about the video. Explain how this dance craze might reflect the trends, values, and tastes of our modern-day culture! Respond to TWO classmates’ posts with a thoughtful response.
