Objective: You will analyze an author’s use of satire.
Satire in Gulliver’s Travels: Gulliver’s Travels, a fictional travel book, is one of Swift’s most popular satirical works. The novel is quite effective in this form, as travel can change your perspective on the world around you and allow you to see things in new ways. Satire is meant to do the same thing.
