At the end of the articles on Suburbs, familiarize yourself with the information provided by the following maps:
• Subdivisions of Cuyahoga County in 1903
• Subdivisions of Cuyahoga County in 1910
• Subdivisions of Cuyahoga County in 1928
• Subdivisions of Cuyahoga County in 1930
• Subdivisions of Cuyahoga County in 1980
After reading the articles and familiarizing yourself with the maps, write an essay based on the questions listed below. The Essay should be in 12 Times News Roman font and be a minimum of 3 pages in length.
1. Compare and contrast the development of the suburbs you chose in Parts I through V. Be specific in your description.
2. Describe the changes in population in Cuyahoga County from 1910 to 1980.Describe the movement of populations in Cuyahoga County.
3. Based on what you read in the textbook, classroom lectures and the articles from the Encyclopedia of Cleveland History, what causes these populations shifts?
4. Using the knowledge gained form this research, what specific recommendations would you give the leaders of the City of Cleveland on how the City of Cleveland should deal with the social, political and economic changes brought about by suburbanization in the Cleveland area
