Chris Vasek and Mattison Wenzl are hosting us, as an opportunity to learn about the Ten40 project, which is a redevelopment/adaptation of an historic office building as a mixed use development. They are licensed real estate professionals. Prepare 3 questions or talking points you’d like to explore. They can be about the project itself or careers in real estate.
Part 2
Chris, Mattison and Gary are volunteering their time and talents to share with you. Write a brief, appreciative e mail that I will share with them. Include comments about things you found interesting/novel/helpful/.
Prepare a page, 1.5 line space, 11 point font, summarizing at least 3 aspects of the project/assignment that changed or increased what you thought. There are opportunities to explore zoning, development, construction, financing, sales, management, licensing, marketing and a lot of other topics we cover in this class. You can use a memo format if you want, bullet out some points and give a paragraph or two expanding your points. If you prefer to write in an essay format, or want to write deeper about just one aspect, the choice is yours.
