Management Interview
You will interview a manager who has hiring and firing responsibilities (it makes the interview more interesting). Please review the information posted in this module. Go over the interview assignment as well as the interview booklet that the college put together.
Make a list of questions–do not ask about salary– and interview the person. Make sure they are not yes/no questions to gain the most information.
You must ask the person permission to be able to use his/her name and organization. You and I will be the only people to see the document as this is not an assignment that would be used by the assessment committee. However, if the person does not want his/her name or organization in the document, you must make up a name like Joe (not his real name) and XYZ Corporation. Again, you and I will be the only ones to see the document.
Type up the interview using the guidelines provided and submit it by the due date.
