Write an analytical report on a trend in business that you’ve observed, and highlight at least the main finding. For example, business trends within the market of cosmetics, violence in the media and its effect on viewers, implementation of machine learning and AI, customer preferences verses convenience in online shopping, etc. Draw from your experience as you bring together sources of information to illustrate a trend.
In addition to the guidelines in Exercise “2”, your report will need to include the following requirements:

2. You need to use at least four outside sources published within the last five years.
3. The report will include at least one visual aid, which does not take up more than one-half page of the report. This visual aid needs to appear within your report – not on the title page. It needs to contribute to the claims you are providing within your report.
4. You will use APA Style to document/credit sources. You should review the rules for formatting a citation for the References list, but it is not necessary for you to compose a citation from scratch. Use a citation generator. Quoting in APA: the primary function of quotation marks is to set off and represent exact language that has been spoken or written by someone else. There are three main components needed to properly quote in APA: the author’s last name, the date of publication, and the page number or paragraph number where the borrowed information appears. For example: According to Eldredge (2018), “insert quote here” (p. 5). OR Eldredge (2018) explained that “insert quote here” (para. 10).
Paraphrasing in APA: your own rendition of essential information and ideas expressed by someone else presented in a new form. There are two main components needed to properly paraphrase in APA: the author’s last name and the date of publication. For example: Smith (2015) claimed insert paraphrase.
Please submit your first draft, which should span five pages (title page, three pages of your written report, and a references page). Include at least two outside sources.
