Format
The case analysis report should be prepared using single-spacing (NOT double-spacing), Times
New Roman 12-point font, and a 1-inch all-around margin. The case analysis report should be 3
to 4 pages in length.
NOTE from Dr. Parker:
Aim for 3.5 pages. Also, USE HEADINGS for your internal/external analysis
sections, include a sub-heading within the “internal analysis” section for your “multifunctional analysis”
(see rubric, part C), and separate each of your FOUR strategic actions with a separate heading. Please
make it explicit whether you have included certain content. If it’s ambiguous, I may have to deduct points.
I’m not a “page length police” as long as you adequately cover all elements in the rubric below. If you
need a little more space, that’s fine. Don’t add filler text or needlessly elongate your sentences to fill space.
I.e., say “it’s impossible” as opposed to “it is inconceivable that it would be thought of as being possible”
(I know these games well—it doesn’t look pretty from my “reader’s perspective”.)
Any direct quotes from the case should appear in quotes and the page number should appear in
parentheses.
