Part C: Data Analysis
The Office Manager is responsible for creating customized reports for internal school needs. It is two months before the October FTE Count and the Director of Operations has asked you to email a report of the status of enrollment for our school as well as recommendations for next steps to meet the enrollment targets for the campus. Our enrollment targets are 84 students for Kindergarten, 56 students for 1st grade, and 56 students for 2nd grade.
Please create a visually appealing report and draft an email to the leadership team with the high level take-aways & recommendations. The report should use this data set to include:
Total number of students by grade
% student qualifying for federal benefits breakdown for each grade
Any grade level that is under enrolled or over enrolled
Recommendations for how to meet enrollment targets
